All training fees are non-refundable once a session or package is booked. By scheduling services, you agree to this policy by paying in full and up front to reserve time on the trainer’s schedule. There is a $75.00 cancellation fee for calling off appointments within 24 hours of the scheduled time. Exceptions due to a true unforeseen emergency will be made on a case-by-case basis for all services. The trainer retains the right to discontinue services if necessary. Should services be terminated, any unused portion of prepaid fees will be refunded to the client within a reasonable time frame minus $75.00 processing fee.
